Meet Casey

My name is Casey Marie Helfrich and I am the owner and lead photographer here at Chelfrich Photos! I started my photography journey back in 2012. I’ve been photographing weddings and portraits since I was in high school, and have been in love with photography ever since. After graduating, I moved to Orlando from South Florida, which is where I became more involved in fashion and beauty portraits. I also began my studies at Daytona State College and at the University of Central Florida where I graduated with an Associate of Science in Photographic Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Photography. Today, I don't like to categorize myself as a specific kind of photographer because I love all of the challenges and opportunities different kinds of subjects offer.

If I’m not taking photos you can find me:

1. Spending quality time with Zach and our lab-pit mix, Dexter! Yes, Zach and I are a couple and have been together for 4 years!

2. At Starbucks getting an iced chai tea latte. I’m addicted to iced tea and it’s 100% my life juice.

3. Mapping out my next interior design project.

4. Binging the latest Netflix drama or trashy reality tv show. The more seasons the better.

5. Shopping, both in-store and online. I very much believe in the “Treat Yourself” philosophy 😂
